These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Riadex ERP platform. By registering, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.

Accounts and access

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity performed through your account and the accounts you provision for your company.
• We may suspend or restrict access where misuse, security risk, or non-payment is identified.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid features, plans, and tenant services are governed by the active subscription associated with your account or company.
• Fees, renewal cycles, and payment methods are presented during checkout or in your billing panel.
• Failure to complete payment may lead to suspension of paid functionality or account access.

Acceptable use

• You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, abuse of shared infrastructure, or infringement of third-party rights.
• You must not upload malicious code, attempt service disruption, or interfere with other customers.

Customer data

You retain responsibility for the legality, accuracy, and integrity of the data your organization stores in the service. We process and protect that data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We may update features, pricing, dependencies, and technical requirements as the product evolves. We aim for reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access in every circumstance.

Termination

Either party may end the service according to the applicable subscription terms. We may terminate or suspend access immediately for material breach, fraud, misuse, or legal necessity.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riadex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the applicable service period.
